1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bdtbet website accessible at bdtbet.today and all associated services, products, pages, and features operated thereunder.
• "bdtbet", "we", "us", "our" refers to the internationally operated entity that owns and operates the bdtbet Platform.
• "You", "the Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in your bdtbet Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or non-cashable balance awarded to your Account by bdtbet under a specific promotion.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a financial stake placed by you on any sporting event, casino game, or other eligible market made available through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required by bdtbet before processing certain transactions or granting full Account privileges.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-regulation features available to all players, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
• "BDT" or "Taka" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the functional currency of the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bdtbet. They apply to all use of the Platform, including access via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of electronic access.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any of the following actions: completing the account registration process; clicking any "I agree" or acknowledgement checkbox presented during registration; making a deposit into your bdtbet Account; or placing any wager on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the bdtbet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bdtbet.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active bdtbet Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bdtbet is strictly an adult-only platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited and any Account found to be held by a minor will be closed immediately.
• You must be registering and using the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from bdtbet or had an Account closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of any such person connected to bdtbet or any of its affiliated technology or gaming suppliers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of bdtbet — including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a chosen password. You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration process.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered bdtbet Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account credentials: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• Account accuracy: You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. bdtbet accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information provided by you.
• Mobile number verification: A valid Bangladesh mobile number is required to complete registration. This number will be used for login authentication and may be required for withdrawal processing.

bdtbet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

bdtbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming best practices and anti-fraud obligations. You may be required to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal or at any other point deemed necessary by bdtbet.

Verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of identity: A clear copy of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of age: Any government-issued document confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or confirmation showing that the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposit is registered in your name.
• Source of funds: In cases where bdtbet's risk assessment systems flag an Account for enhanced due diligence, documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited may be requested.

bdtbet reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing, restrict Account functionality, or close an Account entirely where KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable period upon request. Pending withdrawal requests will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

6 Deposits

All deposits to your bdtbet Account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdtbet does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bdtbet accepts no responsibility.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction for all supported payment methods.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.
• Deposit processing time: Mobile financial service deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your bdtbet Balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposit limits: Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per 24-hour period depending on the payment method used. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit initiation.
• Own funds only: You must only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts registered in another person's name — are strictly prohibited.
• No credit: bdtbet does not extend credit to players. You may only wager funds that have been successfully deposited and credited to your Account Balance.

7 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and the completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method (and the same account registration name) as the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. bdtbet reserves the right to require matching in all cases to prevent fraud.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted to verified Accounts during standard operating hours are typically processed within 60 minutes. Requests submitted outside of standard hours or to unverified Accounts may take longer.
• Withdrawal fees: bdtbet does not currently charge a platform-side fee on withdrawals. Your payment provider's standard transaction fees may apply.
• Wagering of deposits: bdtbet may require that deposited funds are wagered at least once (1x turnover) before a withdrawal can be processed, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure. This requirement applies to real-money deposits and is separate from any bonus wagering requirement.
• Refusal of withdrawals: bdtbet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where the Account is under investigation, where KYC verification is outstanding, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

bdtbet may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which must be read in full before opting in.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements that remain at the time of expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus abuse: bdtbet employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering patterns designed to meet requirements at minimal risk (e.g., placing opposing bets), and using bonus funds in restricted game categories. Detection of bonus abuse may result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and suspension or closure of the Account.
• Promotional eligibility: bdtbet reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Not all promotions will be available to all players.
• Changes to promotions: bdtbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

9 Sportsbook Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on bdtbet, including pre-match markets, live in-play markets, accumulator bets, and special event markets.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bdtbet at its sole discretion. Acceptance of a bet does not occur until a confirmation reference is displayed or communicated to you. bets placed on markets suspended due to technical issues or live events may be voided.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. bdtbet operates in "accept any odds" and "accept better odds" modes — your selected preference determines how odds changes at the moment of placement are handled.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void by bdtbet if: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; manifest error in odds pricing is identified; or the market is settled in error and subsequently corrected.
• Manifest errors: Where odds are published in manifest error — i.e., at a price that is clearly incorrect in the context of the market — bdtbet reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds, regardless of whether they have been settled.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply. These limits are published in the sportsbook help section and may vary by sport and market type.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay to prevent exploitation of broadcast latency. bdtbet bears no liability for bets placed after an in-play event has concluded due to such delay where the Platform has not yet received a market suspension signal.

10 Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games and slot titles available on bdtbet — including live dealer tables, RNG slots, arcade games, and fishing games — are provided by third-party game studios. The rules governing each individual game are embedded within the game interface and take precedence over general platform rules where a conflict exists.

• Fair play: All RNG-based games use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. bdtbet does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Stake limits vary by game title and table. Minimum bets in the live casino start from ৳50 per round. Maximum bet limits are displayed within each game.
• Game interruption: In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live casino round or slot spin, bdtbet will attempt to settle the round based on the game server's last recorded state. Where this is not possible, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your Balance.
• Restricted game play with bonus funds: Certain game categories may not contribute fully — or at all — to wagering requirements when played with Bonus Funds. Contribution rates by game type are published in individual promotion terms.
• Progressive jackpots: Progressive jackpot prizes are governed by the rules of the individual game supplier. bdtbet is not the jackpot operator and has no control over jackpot seed amounts, trigger conditions, or payout timing.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in connection with sporting events offered on the sportsbook.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing errors to generate profit — commonly referred to as "bug exploitation" or "glitch abuse".
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using bdtbet for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using a fraudulently obtained payment method.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdtbet support staff or other platform users.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in your bdtbet Account or any Balance or Bonus Funds therein.
• Circumventing any geo-restriction, self-exclusion measure, or security control implemented by bdtbet.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

bdtbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time. Where an Account is closed at bdtbet's initiative due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

• Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and subject to the standard withdrawal processing conditions.
• Involuntary suspension: bdtbet may suspend your Account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of these Terms, an ongoing KYC investigation, or receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute relating to your Account.
• Dormant accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. bdtbet may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant Accounts, deducted from any remaining Balance, after providing notice to the registered mobile number or email address. Accounts with a zero Balance after 24 months of inactivity may be permanently closed.

13 Responsible Gaming

bdtbet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all eligible adult players. We provide a range of tools and resources to help you maintain control over your gambling activity.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure session duration alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Cooling-off period: Take a short break from gambling by activating a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to make deposits or place wagers.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, you can request a self-exclusion from your Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent are available. Once self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed until the period expires (except in the case of permanent exclusion, which is irreversible).

14 Intellectual Property

All content available on the bdtbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall design of the Platform — is the intellectual property of bdtbet or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; reverse engineer or decompile any Platform software; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of bdtbet's intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtbet's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdtbet Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdtbet expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses of any nature, even if bdtbet has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial commentary.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by events outside bdtbet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, regulatory interventions, or third-party service failures.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or from your own negligence in securing your Account credentials.

16 Privacy & Data

bdtbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and bdtbet. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

In summary: bdtbet uses your personal data solely for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, fulfilling KYC obligations, communicating promotions (where you have opted in), and monitoring for fraud and problem gambling. bdtbet does not sell your personal data to third parties.

17 Amendments to These Terms

bdtbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdtbet will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, provide notice to registered players via the contact details held on their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
